Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process:

• Account data: name, email, phone number, password/authentication identifiers, language preference.
• Profile and context data: school/grade, demographic or family-context answers you choose to provide in assessments.
• Assessment data: responses to personality, interests, intelligences, aptitude, and related questionnaires; scores and interpretations.
• Service outputs: career recommendations, reports, mentor chat messages, and usage of Job Explorer.
• Payment metadata: payment status, order/payment IDs, and amount (card/UPI details are handled by the payment gateway; we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate logs needed for security and reliability, and cookies or similar technologies for session and analytics.

• To create and secure your account and provide assessments, recommendations, reports, and mentor features.
• To process premium subscriptions and prevent fraud.
• To improve the Platform (quality, safety, and product development), including evaluating AI-assisted outputs.
• To communicate service messages (verification, receipts, support) and, only where you consent, optional updates.
• To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

Where required, we rely on your consent and/or other permitted grounds under applicable law to process personal data. You may withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already completed, and may limit features that depend on that data.

The Platform is designed for students, including minors. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review this Policy and supervise account use. We do not knowingly sell children’s personal data.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted processors who help us run the Platform, such as:

• Cloud and database providers (for example, Firebase/Google Cloud) to host accounts and assessment data.
• AI model providers (for example, Google Gemini) to generate interpretations, recommendations, or mentor replies from your assessment profile and prompts.
• Payment gateways (for example, Razorpay) to process fees.
• Email/SMS or support tools used to send verification and service messages.
• Authorities when required by law.

Some processors may process data outside India. Where cross-border transfer occurs, we take steps consistent with applicable Indian law and contractual safeguards with those providers.

We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, subject to backup and security cycles.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards (such as encrypted transit, access controls, and authenticated sessions). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and protect your devices.

We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, preference storage, and analytics that help us understand Platform performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect login or features.

Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act as applicable), you may request:

• Access to personal data we hold about you
• Correction or completion of inaccurate data
• Erasure of personal data (where legally permitted)
• Withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing
• Grievance redressal regarding our data practices
